This course focuses on the “How” to design a Mould from the starting point 2D sketch to Mould Simulation, strategy for building a model for Mould, Integration of CAD, various CAD software available for Mould Design, how to evaluate quality of Mould Design, Simulation results & ways to improve CAD models required to build better Mould. 3D Metal Printing for Conformal Cooling, latest technology usage for better productivity & life of the mould.

Course participants define their own work related problem & are then taken through the entire Mould Design workflow to enhance their learning experience.
